Do you provide end-to-end solutions, or just equipment?

Aaron is a full-scope water and wastewater solution provider. We handle everything in-house — from consultation and system design to manufacturing, installation, commissioning, and after-sales service. You don’t have to coordinate with multiple vendors — we manage the complete lifecycle for seamless execution and accountability.

Can you deliver and support projects outside the UAE?

Yes. We have successfully delivered 680+ projects across 22+ countries. Our international team is experienced in handling cross-border logistics, local environmental compliance, and on-site training or remote commissioning for clients worldwide.

What happens after installation? Do you offer support?

Absolutely. We offer robust post-installation support through Operation & Maintenance (O&M) services and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC). This includes periodic system health checks, spare parts management, real-time troubleshooting, remote monitoring, and dedicated technical teams on call.

How do you assess project requirements?

All of our systems are custom-designed based on your industry type, raw water characteristics, discharge regulations, flow rates, available space, and specific reuse goals. We begin with a detailed project assessment, site survey and wastewater analysis to ensure the design is precisely aligned with your needs.

How long does a typical project take from start to finish?

Depending on the complexity and size, most systems are delivered within 8 to 16 weeks. This includes design, procurement, fabrication, installation, testing, and commissioning. For containerized or modular systems, timelines may be even shorter.
