Plant Sizes and Capacities
We build sewage treatment plants across the full capacity range, from single-cubic-metre packaged units to municipal-scale facilities. Capacity is only part of the sizing decision: peak flow, inlet strength and available footprint all determine what your site actually needs.
Packaged Plants: 1 to 50 m³/day
Compact, pre-assembled units for small commercial buildings, villas, site offices, remote facilities and staff accommodation. Delivered largely complete, installed quickly, and suitable for sites with tight footprint or no sewer connection. Can be installed above ground, underground, or in a basement or plant room.

Small to Mid-Range Plants: 50 to 500 m³/day
The most common range for UAE labour accommodation, hotels, factories and commercial developments. Built as modular MBBR systems that can be extended if the site expands later, avoiding a full replacement when occupancy grows.
Large Plants: 500 to 2,000 m³/day
For large labour camps, resorts, industrial facilities and mixed-use developments. Typically designed with dual streams so one line can be taken offline for maintenance while the plant stays in service and compliant.
Municipal Scale: 2,000 to 5,000 m³/day
Community, township and municipal-scale treatment, including plants designed for full tertiary treatment and unrestricted reuse. Delivered with hydraulic redundancy, standby equipment and automation appropriate to continuous operation.
